You obviously have not been here when DNS ruled, true, it was an alliance, but it held almost all of MH, way more than 7%

Yes. Locking a district is the cowards way out, me 50 and Al were the ones that dealt with planetary management, we decided the attacks, and we managed the clones. No one ever locked our district.

You did not misread. We will not spare any district. The only district we will "spare" is the learning coalition, since that is for training people. We are not monsters.
