I'd like to run a speed test to a server nearby the CCP Dust 514 servers (or directly to them if possible).
Can anybody help with this?

Unfortunately this is no longer possible. I have the IP list but responses to any pings have been disabled in a weak attempt to block DDOS attacks.
LOL thinking DDOS attacks take place with pings anymore.

I may guess EU server are in the Netherlands, UK or Germany, but can't be sure about it.
I sniffed my connection once, but it was a FW and it was in USA: at the time I was just interested in seeing where the FW server was locatd so I saw it was in America and just left FW forever.
It's pretty easy to see anyway: just bridge your ps3 connection with any PC with an antivirus and you're pretty much done. Whenever you connect to something from your ps3, you'll be able to see the IP you're connecting to from your computer. |

There is ZERO guarantee that this info is up to date but will at least get you cities where they are likely still setup.

There is also no guarantee that you are going to those servers listed. I have automatic set and 90% of mine go over to the EU first according to Wireshark. I live in Southern California. You figure that one out.
