However as worth while as direct experience is the job of a CPM is not to be an expert dictating to development what to do and how to do it but rather gathering active and constructive sources of feedback discussing various issues and the particulars there of. As such it doesn't matter overly much what the personal play style of the members of the CPM may be, what is important is their willingness to transmit feedback generated by the community. Please feel free to mail me links to any feedback/ideas threads related to shields that you find relevant or worthwhile, I'll be happy to take a look, the more constructive community feedback the better  Cheers, Cross
