I have some German roots, and work ethics is sacred for me. I'm not happy if there's someone off-shift and being loud at the office, and I expect everyone to be respectful and quiet if someone is actually working. Naturally that means that I also respect the piece of mind and work of my colleagues. I was so disgusted by that movie that I stopped watching half way through.

It seems you have figured out the plot. But Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby takes the stupidity of a Will Ferrell movies to a new extreme. You have to be a certified moron to enjoy that movie.
