some more information is required to give appropriate feedback, not everyone plays the same and therefore some fits are better for some players while not for others
the strengths of the gallente are in their armor tank but mainly their regen rates, using ferros saves you from slowing down as an assault player you want to keep your speed to effectively engage and disengage
precision mods wont do you much good as an assault player and should not be used unless you absolutely need it, an assault player should rely on raw damge being able to regen quickly means a gallente can dish out high burst damge and retreat to regen and come back to finish off the target if need be
but regardless of all that it is up to you to play however you wish to play, a lot of players have good fits that work for them, however you seem to have a fit tailored to your needs, you should try to find what works best for you by taking whatever you like the most out of the suggested fittings and implementing them however you see fit
I would recommend to stick to damge mods and regen armor tank, a myofibril stimulator may do you well if you have trouble jumping over small obstacles, a kincat is good to use for a regen based build, the weapon you use should be down to personal preference whatever you feel most comfortable using, a side arm should make up for your primary's weakness but as well is up to you and whatever you prefer using, I would recommend a magsec as it does comparable damge to an assault rifle and when dealing with armor it can help you take them down faster, for the equipment slot I suggest using whatever it is you like to use a nanite injector is good for supporting your team
I do notice that you play more stealthily rather then straight up slayer, in which case I would recommend speccing into the gal scout instead, having comparable tank and regen while allowing you to be more stealthy passively and even be able to pick up most other suits without having to use precision mods
the way you seem to have your suit set up makes me think that perhaps a mix of biotics would be better for you to use with some added regen a quick hit and run CQC fit seems to be more your style
http://disq.us/8oacbq- I imagine something like this is what would suit you best given what I took from your current fitting, you are not likely to be able to fit all of this as you probably haven't maxed out your core skills but you can simply replace a few complex mods for advanced ones
do take note that it is fully up to you what fit you decide to use this may not work for you as it is but making your own changes to fit your needs can make it something that you might enjoy using
