It leads to a behaviour that players have categorized as Redline Tanking. The reality is that it is just plain sensible to wait out your module cool downs in a 0 risk area. That was something I tried a long time ago..... actually it was a triple plated Hardener fit with the sole purpose of absolute trolling, are there specific kinds of tactics you have to use to pull this kind of HAV off or is this just a public/FW fitting?
