He said a tank without its hardeners on will get wrecked by lai dais. Which, if it doesn't have a plate on is true. Maybe you should spend less time hurling swarms at dual rep maddies and actually try and get close for once.
so just becasue i was in a tank that surivied 3 lais makes what i said null? sure why not.
just because i misread something some one typed (because booze and lack of reading glasses) does not mean that i sit at the 170m lockon range of swarms but you know my play style though right?
but then again im just a noob that has been playing this game since closed beta so what do i know.

And who was that tanker and how much SP was sunk into vehicles and what was his fit?
assuming you are taking about the lai dais
A. after the first 2 the hardener came on ( stupid delay)
B. there have been several tanks i have ridden
C. i dont know how much SP
D. i assume harders repps
if anything CCP should bring back the old modules and should seperate tanks and DS instead of buffing or nurfing them as one

The majesty here is the fact that infantry complaints brought us to this era. Stripped of all our wonderful mods and turrets, hulls, and other vehicles; its no wonder we run as powerful as we can and punish infantry any chance we get.
With the bumper physics fix, LLAV could make a comeback. But no, its a murder taxi
LDS could make a comeback with all the pythons and officer forges/swarms out there. But no, they are unkillable.
SLAV was overlooked but one of my faves. Honestly nobody has ever cried about them for any reason lol.
(except me, about getting gta style air then instapopping upon landing)
ADS could still be a tank hunter, but n.... Actually, I think us tankers cried on that one. But with max skills on pilot and gunner they could eviscerate a maxed HAV with a MLT turret.
Just CCP overdid it with that "balance pass"...
We used to run in packs and graze majestically upon each other.
Ran into a rail maddy with my gunni recently, and had to actually blink the crust away for a true battle against True lol. He was using driving skill, and tactics on me. I wasn't sure if I had fallen asleep playing and dreamt it or not.
Long story is long.
Pretty sure I speak for all true operators when I say that the current vehicle meta is BORING!

I read to about the LDS and i agree they need top bring back the old modules and vehicles also CCP should tweek tanks and DS separately

First line is mush. Should try that one again. Second part is pretty funny. You yourself said you flung 12 volleys of swarms at a tank. As for the last line, time spent playing doesn't equal skill. You clearly don't know much about tanks, so it is rather likely that you don't know anything about how to fight them either. 12 volleys of swarms backs that up. Please tell me how pro you are for being in closed beta, I was there too, and I learned how to AV before uprising 1.0 hit. Why haven't you learned in the extra year since then?

That said, I don't think the Galmanndo and Ammanndo can do the DPS with Swarms to drop a hardened HAV before the Hardeners give out, which I think is shorter than 12 volleys. Did PRG even specify if Proto Swarms were used or did she just say swarms and leave it ambiguous?

depends on map and who im playing with. when im alone its purple swarms on mando with a good vantage point usally engaging around 20-40m so the swarms dont do the circles around the tank or even closer if i can get a direct hit as teh swarms come out of the tube but 90% of the time its the 20-40m

"Good vantage point" = rooftop 20-40m = bullshit.
Wrong on the roof top part ( although ill forge from the tops when im bored)
