Nobody hacks or cheats. They're just better than you.
Nobody cares about you getting slandered in email. We aren't here to coddle you. Nobody cares about your hurt feelings.
You can totally move up in this game without paying CCP a dime. Once again, you're making excuses.

HTFU Ehm..? Modded controllers..? (Full Auto Scrambler Rifles, Tactical Assault Rifles and Combat Rifles.... Just a few uses)
Modded controllers are definitely not hacks. They are cheating (ehhh), but CCP can't do anything about them. They can't PROVE that you have one and are using it, its not trackable client side. You can always say "Oh, I have a really good trigger finger".
Not only that, but they are literally few and far in between. It only EVER matters on the Scrambler, as its relatively easy to max out fire rate on the CR and TAR (Tap your finger along to this. Congrats, you have a "Modded controller" now)
On the scrambler? Yeah, it sucks when it happens. I've only ever run into around 4 users of Modded controllers in my 1400 hours of dust, and they were only good at CQC. Mods are crap at range due to the overheat and difficulty hitting with every shot at that range.
This minority is most likely NOT responsible for OP's QQing. Chances are, he's getting his ass stomped and making excuses. The only thing you should ever say in a video game is "I didn't play well enough".
Anything else is non-constructive. You can only ever improve yourself, and you can't control others. This is a much healthier mindset than blaming everything on "Hackers and cheaters".
