For those young ones this is how DSL run at 10 years ago. In other games I can hardly log in to the server. But in Dust I can do everything, change my loadouts, buy things, even matchmaking! I was expecting serious lag in battles but surprisingly I could get a few kills, hack things, and even survive some deaths. All with the same lag as it was a 5 Mbps connection! Probably this is the max speed CCP's servers run at.

But this happens only in Dust afaik, because in Destiny, Bloodborne, Planetside 2 and any other multiplayer gameI lag like hell with this ridiculously slow connection.
