Please start from the bottom of this post. I am only posting this in hopes that CCP will listen via the forums. I am not some KID that wants internet stardom but I am a Cisco/Juniper networks engineer that knows BS when I read it.

Hello GM Archduke,
I wanted to thank you for sending me a reply with the standard form letter response. After playing Dust514 for almost 3 years now I thought you would respond to me and represent CCP with a little more effort. These type of customer support answers is what I consider when I think about joining EVE. I just logged out of Dust today because once again I get "waiting for deployment"for minutes on end and then tossed out of waiting for deployment still in the battle finder. The BS letter you sent below does not work and if someone is actually reading this, here is why:
My Ps3 only has Dust514 on it. It receives a 10m signal that is also only used for this game. I have re-downloaded the game many times prior to this just to make sure the latest patches were installed correctly. Now here is the kicker- the problem I am having is happening to EVERYONE in the game (I am sure CCP is aware). It doesn't matter if you have a squad before going into battle or if you play a round of factional warfare that you have unfortunately tried to force us to play.
Therefore, please fix the game it has a ton of issues aside from this but I guess you fixing us getting into actual battles would be good enough for now. If you can't fix it and you are going to blame Sony then blame Sony so the Dust community can open tickets with them. Also can you give me another 7 day active OMEGA booster? I activated mine days ago knowing I had time to play the game but I can't get into battle in a reasonable timely manner due to the issues I have presented.

Thank you for contacting the DUST 514 Customer Support Team. We're sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with the game. We would first recommend you to plug your PS3 System directly to your router using a wired connection since this might improve its performance and avoid packet losses. Also, please try clearing the Saved Data Utility. To do so, follow the instructions provided you might not have the Saved Data File but if you do then please delete it
1-From your XMB Menu go to Games
2-Select Saved Data Utility
3- Highlight DUST 514 and Press the triangle for open the Options dialogue and then select the option ;Delete
Delete the Saved Data Utility for DUST 514:
Go to game Saved Data Utility PS3; select DUST then press Triangle on your controller and delete.
We would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game should the above not work.
You can uninstall the game client as per instructed below:
Under Games on the XMB, hover over DUST 514.
Press Triangle
Select Delete and confirm deletion
You can reinstall DUST 514 as per instructed below:
Select the Playstation Network on the XMB
Select Account Management
Select Transaction Management
Select Download List
DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select Download
When you have performed these tasks, please restart your console and try again. We do apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

Can you please fix Dust514! I repeatedly get the waiting for deployment; and after a few minutes it kicks me out and back to the battle finder screen. I don't understand why it's so hard to find a battle in this game today after so many years of information given to CCP. The lag is worse, the match making is worse to the point you don't fight an equal number on each side. Thanks Slade
