The problem with most scammer list is they go one of two ways. Any one can post a name saying their a scammer with no proof required, or they require so much proof, chat logs, screen shots etc that almost no one can honestly make a claim.
That said I would like to suggest people make sure to give the PSN name of the scammer. Far to many people are willing to delete a character and start over to clear their name on an account they make to scam but less are willing to make up a whole new PSN account since it would require hitting rank 2 again to be able to trade their ill gotten gains away.
Which is pretty insane right now, needing something like 2-3k rank points at a mere 5 a day for login and up to 5 or so for winning a battle with tons of WP. Add in the bug where the rank number mysteriously goes up from time to time and your never hitting rank 2 without spending Arum.
As for a scammer I'll leave a name just leave the main one.
Name Ryu Elite 609, PSN: ProtoRyu709 was apart of the Kirman Risk Management corp, though I think it's a starter corp to be honest.
Dude was pretty stupid to be honest. Scammed me out of a few mil for a booster, left the channel right afterwards and ignored all messages. Little later I managed to ninja invite him into a group with me and the dude started up his sales pitch all over again like he didn't even recognize me less than 3hrs later. Bailed instantly once I started to question him about it.
But yeah obviously always be wary of sellers, 99% of the scammers out there claim to be selling stuff due to the ingrained 'money first' policy almost every one uses. Add to that a scammer can potentially send money to their main without being rank 2, but I'm not going to tell more people how to do it. I'm sure more than enough people already know how.
As for good sellers, I've never had any problem with people in my corp, or at the times we had one the alliance we were with. Other names I can't think of exactly, I don't keep a list of them handy like I do scammers. Their just in my contacts list in game to be honest.
