Today I went to a squad named buy sell trade in which I demanded for dominus sentinel one guy named "legita master" asked for 48m isk then I sent him isk suddenly he left squad wat to do ? That was my earning not his

So you trusted a persone on internet you never saw/know and gave him money 1st? There might come some post like "Welcome to New Eden", sounds evil but they will be right.

This why, as a trusted trader, I always follow these few rules when trading in a trade channel:
-Anything under 10 mil, send half isk. Require seller to send item then you send remaining balance. Exception is with a trader many legit traders will vouch for.
-Anything over 10 mil, ALWAYS use a legit and trusted middleman. Yes, middlemen can scam but it cuts down incidents dramatically if they are trusted and legit.
I have been scammed before, hence the rules. Sorry you were though. Gives legit traders a bad name and causes more cautiousness.

Nowhere does Frame say you'll get banned from scamming after posting in Player Trading. I think you are thinking of the Code Bazzar.
@Psycho999: Only trade with people you trust. I never trade with people I don't know and if I do, I have some connections that are willing to do a trusted middleman trade.
If they aren't willing to do a middleman trade, they probably aren't legit.
Also, it helps if you trust you middleman too so be careful in that aspect of it as well.
