Didn't hear him say Team Killed, but still, guy may have been pissed, or confused you for a red. (I've done it before. :/)
Regardless, he may have been trying to drain out clones if the clones were low.
If not, he's just being a regular player whom wants to **** around, like the FA guys, except he didn't repeatedly camp you.
