Now Blizzard just has to wait over a year, never discussing Legion again. Staying completely silent about the expansion the entire time. They might let the rumor circulate that they don't want to over promise, then over deliver but truthfully they just hate their players to a degree that is not measurable.
Then they will have attained CCP-levels of game design/community interaction.

You forgot the part where they release the expansion on a completely different platform than their player base uses to currently play the game. |

well ... the word "legion" is so ambiguous... could be used for WOW... or Roman Rise... or Age of Empires... even EVE - DUST... also the Marvel Character "Legion"
I think that CCP doesn't want to keep the copyright-name, because is a "ghost"... that only reminds who many of us feel when said Dust 514 will not be the game they promise in 2011 - 2012 ... now the viking overlord Ratatti wanna do something for us and let the project legion as a mistake.

The trademark was for "Eve Legion" I am pretty sure "Legion" would be considered too generic for most registrations.
Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.

Theme park MMO? check.
Gear treadmill? check.
A story on rails that happens no matter what the players do? check.
I'll pass on this. As I get older and have less time for games, I want one where the time/money spent doesn't get obsoleted every year or two. That's one thing I love about EVE/DUST. You don't need to spend hundreds of hours a month to progress, only to have it be wiped clean with a new expansion. I can play when I have the time, but don't feel obligated to like with WoW.

But Ripley, Blizzard devs said in a press release that they love the ongoing feedback with their community and they want to continue and maintain that
