I'm not the first to ask for this.

Just a small tweak to make ambush a lot more fun.

When one team reached zero clones:

I propose a last man standing mode begin. Clock will begin with one minute. If you survive the entire minute to the end of the match, 1,000,000 bonus ISK.

For the winning team: Every 'last man standing' you kill in the last minute, once the enemy clone count is zero earns you a bonus 100K ISK.

When both teams reach zero clones:

No longer is it just who reaches zero first. Instead there will be a one-minute, no respawn death match.

Whoever eliminates the enemy team, or has more clones standing at the end of one minute wins.

Tie breaker is who didn't reach 0 first.

Note: In conjunction with this, I propose limiting ambush maps to a single large city socket, to prevent massive hide and seek games.

I can not count how many times I have said ambush should be held in a single large city socket with truly randomized spawns for each team that change every X amount of spawns.

I also agree that it should go by who cleans out more of the enemy at the end instead of just a race to terminate whatever amount of clones.

Now as much as it sounds interesting wouldn't a YOLO situation be better for this? Well not only once but say a battle as you say, single socket, 5 clones per merc, random spawns, Friendly Fire on.

Hmm, what stops a Gallente Scout with proto cloak? Just sits cloaked for the last minute.
