Hope you downloaded 'Tamriel Rebuilt'. A huge Morrowind mod project I help work on.
Some of the work people on the project have submitted is truly amazing

Morrowind was always a great game, mods just keep the graphics up to date and help make the experience more user friendly.

I mostly built interiors across the various cities of Morrowind. I submitted a few questions lines, but I don't think any made it into the game without being heavily altered by the leads.
Was a lot of fun.

Was a lot of fun. Sign up if you're interested. I can't code to save my life. If they need play testers, I'm down for that. Truth be told, I'm playing more Arma than morrowind right now. Been alternating between Homeworld Remastered and Arma between work and prepping for school. PC is so much better than console. All these games to play 
No coding necessary! Unless you want to get into scripting dialogue, quests, in-game events. Although that has always been the most needed and lacking department.
For the actual world-building, the editor is extremely straight forward. Drag, drop, rotate objects and a handful of keyboard hot keys.
I actually learned a lot of coding/scripting by messing around in the editor later on, but never got that into it to actual help much with the quests.
