Basic scrambler 75 damage correct? That's 187.50 damage So why is my cal scout with 400 shield +87 Amor still being one shotted by this thing

They most likely got a headshot,
or they instantly followed up with more shots and the game lagged at just that instant showing you only a fraction of the engagement.

That still isn't going to get you that far, is it. 3 complex damage mods is a little over 18%. 3% damage per level is another 15%. on right right commando at proto you get another 10%. Warbarge is probably about 3-4 %.

187.50x1.20=225 damage to shields. 187.50x.80=150 damage to armor.
Maybe headshot? I know what you mean as I sometimes do get ohk by it but it doesn't make sense. Lemme add a complex damage.
187.50x1.07=200x1.20 to shields=240
Now lemme add warbarge damage to 5 (1 per level) and skill bonus (3 per level I think.)
187.50x1.05=196.87x1.15=226.4x1.20=271.687. Now add 3 complex damage which gives you like 15% more
271.687x1.15=312.44

Haha. Always in question. Honestly there are some things in this game, where the weaponry needs to fixed a bit. People usually don't want to hear that, because it involves the weapon they use. There's nothing wrong with the weapon they use. But when you get things like this. Why is a scout suit getting shot down so quick? Well cause it's a scout suit. Also it's a Caldari scout suit. Right now, shields are so weak. Not hard to figure out

the std scrambler is 65 damage, and the head shot multiplier is said to be 2.5 but it had been mentioned that it was increased when the damage was nerfed, that and a headshot does about 30% extra damage on top of the extra 20% for the profile and 15% for ma proficiency
add it all up and you get 165% damage without damge mods so 107.25 damage on a std rifle, add in the charged multi and you get about 268.125 add in damage mods and you can increase that to over 300 on just the std version plus barge bonus and even more on a max amarr mando, so if they have a proto ScR on any suit with maxed skills using damge mods they can possibly get close to 400 or more damge but its easier to believe that you were hit by more then just the charged shot as there is almost no delay in the extra shot it would take to deal that much damge, 107 a hit is enough to take any shield suit down in under a second with just the std version even with a fully stacked cal sent
compared to the combat rifle even with maxed skills you'd be lucky to be able to deal so much damge before they turn around and slaughter you, even in an armor suit taking away all the bonuses to shields but keeping in mind passive bonuses and damage mods, you're still doing over 60 damge a shot and if you are getting head shots you're doing about 78 damge per shot add on the charge multi which I'm sure has possibly increased you're doing at least 195 damge per shot to armor so in theory if you start off with a charged shot and get nothing but head shots it would take about 10 shots after the charged shot to deal over 1k damge to armor all in under a second with max RPM being achieved (600 RPM)
