It would be nice to get some truly new skills that do SOMETHING new. I swear the last 5 mil or so SP I've gotten just went into weapons I'll probably never use because I pretty much have everything I need already maxed out on the fits I use. Heck I've even started the long climb towards being a competent vehicle user, and I almost never use the things.
I would love to see some new logi equipment, something that helps speed or shields. Some kind of combat drug that you inject into people to make them faster for a while would be great, a shield recharging rep tool or nano hive would be amazing. Heck even something to better help vehicles like a vehicle nano hive.
I would also love to have a fixed scanner of some kind, like a TUG in battlefield. An object you put down and it passively scans the area around it automatically.
Module wise there are tons of things they can do. Easiest of which would be more combination mods like the reactive plates that give both armor and reps, do more things like that. Perhaps a mod that gives both stamina and sprint speed. Or how about weaker version of modules that are the opposite of the slots they are normally? Armor related stuff on high slots? I mean shields have regulators for low but armor has nothing for high.

In most cases it's already at level 4 minimum just to get access to all of the light weapons, and taking it to 5 won't save you that much CPU unless your equipping proto/officer weapons. After all it's only a 25 reduction at max level, and he most likely has at least level 3 or so to get use most of the light weapons in the first place. Su a 10-15% reduction isn't much.

I believe the poster meant the light weapon skill, which reduces the CPU cost of all light weapons. But like I said it's almost impossible to use any weapon without already having it so the point is moot. As for your CPU I'd say throw in a Krin's dmg mod. It's a lot less CPU than a complex and given the stacking penalties its' not really that much of a loss in dmg far as I know 4% from 5% on the third mod.
It's not what you want I know, but it's a serviceable fit with almost no changes.
