This thread has me utterly baffled. There are a few categories of statements in the OP: Debatable or just plain wrong, wishful thinking (would definitely be nice, but high resource investment to fix), and ones where things just don't work that way. Let's break it down.
Debatable or just plain wrong:

6. *NEW (Addition from old topic) -
A. Work on replacing ALL MLT items andmake STD the beginning Tier, Basically everything STD is considered 'basic' right? Well then make that cost no SP to unlock! for BPOs - Do an automatic upscale from MLT to STD BPO scale, initially removing around 90 items from the marketplace.
B. Separate the market (From fitting suit/vehicle) into 2 different things, 1 - the ISK,LP,DK section, and 2 - the AUR section. this will reduce the amount of things people see on screen, and Vets will have an easier time fitting suits they are working on.
7. (Extra little things.) A. Remove the "Progression" tab, no veteran in their right mind would use this, and with the tutorials this would not be needed anyways. (It also takes up quite a bit of space on your HDD or SSD, creating unnecessary lag/ frame-rate drops)
B. Remove in game rank names - Just adds more letters to the killboard, should be removed OR put under 'Show Info" instead.
D. Remove the"Get Aurum" from every page in the market, countless times I have been thrown into that 30 second PS Store loading screen under the LP store area, it should be restricted to the front page.
E. Vehicles & AV - Reset the stats of vehicles to those of 1.4 Uprising, give Swarms the same stats as they were in 1.4 but somehow equal out the 6 swarm volley to the 4 swarm volley we have now, with a 200m Range cap, and a base 25 points of damage nerf or more, depending on feedback after this. Add back in the old vehicle modules and over time reintroduce Enforcers, Marauders, Black Ops, and then Officer, respectively it would be this tier system- what we have now (STD) enforcers (ADV) Mauraders (PRO) Black Ops (PRO/EXP) Officer (Unnamed yet) eventually also- create racial vehicle for the Minmatar, and Amarr.
1 is an interesting idea, but deserves its own thread for discussion. Similarly with 6A.
6B, 7B, and 7D are just way too small to deserve dev time. It's difficult to simplify the market any farther than it has given the huge quantity of items in it. The "Get AUR" comment in particular I understand - it's painful if you accidentally push it. But they need to have it there to increase sales, so it's almost certainly not going away.
7E isn't explained very clearly. I think you have an idea here, but you'd need to write it out more clearly. Right now what I can see out of it doesn't look like it clearly consults the ongoing debate over vehicle problems.
It doesn't work like that (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FFG1NqKzCg):

3. Not Loading sockets outside of both teams redlines (Basically everything outside the playing field)
4. Cut off the map 500M out from the redline on both sides ( The map goes on for around 7K in some directions, all sockets loaded if you get a mini DC and get to roam, I did once.)
5. Try to simplify the amount of polygons, smoothing out the map, and recreating hills to be less steep. (Make the loaded objects only have a solid outer wall, not every individual line. also, try dumbing down the fire/lightning effects from buildings.) with this try to make it look practically as good, neat, but not so many polygons. also take a look at the MCC, try giving that a makeover too. (This WILL take some time, and a few coders, but it IS doable with the DUST budget & profit currently.)
In all of these cases there's a fundamental misunderstanding of how these systems work. I'll just be short about it, since Regis has done a pretty thorough job earlier: As a professional programmer, I can tell you that 2 and 5 both contain words related to how the game works, but overall have literally zero meaning. Those words put together in that order don't actually mean anything. Additionally, if 3 or 4 actually represented easily implemented savings they would have been done ages ago.
Wishful thinking:

This would obviously be nice, and exists in other games. It'll take nontrivial dev work though, and who knows with Dust's team when they're going to have the opportunity to move this kind of thing into a patch?
Overall the original post holds very little actionable content.

And if you look to your left, you'll see an adult human talking out its ass in the wild. Although extremely common, most sightseers have a fond affection for spotting humans in this frequent, if somewhat messy, state.
Most of you are probably well-versed in catching humans talking out their ass, but for those on our safari who aren't human enthusiasts we can discuss this particular situation. Notice that the human is taking a factual observation, the large implied surface area that an analog of a virtual object in a video game would have, and from there is concluding that quantities associated with the virtual object are in direct correlation with quantities associated with the analog. Would one of you like to explain what happened?
Passenger in jeep: (excitedly) It looks like the human has taken experiences associated with an only tangentially related analog of the virtual object, and used properties about that analog to form unrelated conclusions about the virtual object, despite those conclusions having no particular factual basis!
Younger second passenger: Look, it's still going, mom!
Tour guide: (chuckling) Yes, you're right, well isn't that a treat. It looks like the human is concluding that, just because it is easy to describe a different virtual object that is related to the first one, that it would be simple to remodel the existing virtual object to obtain the second one. It's concluding that despite having no background in virtual modelling in general, and in how the current virtual object is modeled in particular. That's just adorable.
Younger passenger again, to mother: Can we get a human as a pet?
Mother: (also chuckling) Oh no, sweetie. Humans aren't good at walking on webs, and they talk out their ass so much that it's hard to clean up after them.
