"YOUR DUST 514 ACCOUNT MUST BE AT LEAST 60 DAYS OLD AND HAVE AT LEAST 30 HOURS OF PLAYTIME TO BE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE FOR CPM CANDIDATES.."
Three people I know have received this bug so far, despite knowing for a fact that they are indeed eligible. I have advised them to send a ticket regarding the issue, but they are uncertain that it will be answered in time for them to cast their votes.
Anybody else having this problem?

I've encountered people with this problem as well. I haven't had it personally but I am completely certain that some of these people I've spoken to meet the requirements.

Follow this link, and submit a help ticket.
Let them know the problem you're having, and the GMs will get on it eventually.

Voting eligibility is based on account not character so even alts should work so long as the account is eligible.
Re: OP, yes tickets are your best bet for having this addressed.
EDIT: Darth, if this issue persists into Monday (when CCP are back in the office) please contact me directly so that I can bring this directly to their attention as well and hopefully get resolution expedited.

Alright thanks got my tickets submitted for this character and my alt! Have to check my other account see if it lets me vote! How long the ticket process takes? I did it last night almost been 24 hours
