also DO NOT HIT CLAIM!!!!! aparently claiming suits from the progression tab is an exploit and a violation of EULA, at least thats what this nastly mail of mine from CCP tells me

truth is, we have no way of knowing whats legitimatly suppposed ot be there and what isnt, so its ALL a violation untill further notice.
the fact that you cant buy the suit in question through other means in game means clicking the claim button is a violation in the same way that clicking it on an apex suit is a violation (so either both violate or neither violate)
ALOT of people just hit claim on everything, i diddnt even know i got an apex suit from it (leet alone 5 of em) untill the forums drama happened and i checked
the fact of the matter is that CCP has deemed the entire claim function as a violation of the EULA....

have you even read that section of the EULA? it pretains to people modifiying or overiding game code to achieve something not programmed into the game.
claim function doesnt classify as breaching that section of the EULA.... ergo they are acusing everyone of hacking.
SINCE CCP can do wwhat they want however we have to assume what they mean is that the claim function itself is a malicious exploit and an unintended modification of game code (since therres nothing different about the claim function for any other pprogression entry and no specific trick was used other than pressinng X twice....)
since you cannot obtain that particular suit in OPs post with anything other than AUR ( same as apex) we HAVE to assume its also a voilation of EULA becuase thats what CCP told us.
