My question is, why don't the Devs actually participate in PC's ? You know, as ringers ? They already went along the information they got from asking questions, I'd like a phase in this to where they would actually participate in numerous PC'S. Hopefully this would fix: They could easily use their Officer BPO's, judging by how competitive PC is. Battles Disappearing Lag Fests The Empty Blue Table That Was Never Addressed No-Shows Huge problem on the last one. I would love to see a Dev participate and have some hands on experience in PC whether it would be guarding HP, or pushing the city. Thoughts ? Because back in the day, devs were allowed to join blocks and one(or more, not sure) of them seeded high value items for his own alliance. I liked my idea that if you don't show then 10% of your corp earnings for 24 hours go to the corp you no showed against

It is the exact point of weaponized boredom. If I were an opposing corp, seeing how frothy you get over it, I would be sending empty attacks everyday until your people stopped logging in for fights. There is a -very good reason- CCP developers are not allowed to interfere with the player sandbox and it mostly stems from the hell that occurred with the T20 Incident on Eve Online. Google that up sometime and you'll learn everything you need to know, but having a little Eve knowledge is a must to understand exactly the implications. Long story short is that a Developer used dev hacks to give the largest and most powerful alliance (at the time) incredibly powerful BPO's that caused a massive imbalance in the sandbox. That's one case of how bias can occur but ultimately it is the fact that -they are the game's developers messing with our politics-. Sure, a CCP developer in a PC entity could do a lot of amazing things experiencing those woes first hand, but the consequences for that certainly outweigh the benefits and CCP is wise to include those rules. Usually there would be 1-2 CCP employees (on their main) on each side fighting, while others would monitor the backend. The battles would show up in the other contracts tab and all lost assets during the battle would be returned. Caldari Tribute Montage
