Gosh, I've been doing it wrong this entire time.
If I want to convince Rattati of something, I should throw a tantrum, hurl insults at him, and be a presumptuous and condescending prick to anyone that posts in my thread.

It's pretty dang hard to fight them up close. They can simply remove themselves from my reticule every 2-3 seconds while maintaining a steady DPS with their splash weapon.
