Tickets take time, and if you're as aggressive in them as you are in your current whining because a ticket was not answered "fast enough" for you, I probably wouldn't be inclined to deliver expedient service either.
Be polite and patient, it'll take you further than being a knee-jerking hyperaggressive turbonerd.

Some of you need to realize, that if you have nothing to add then add nothing and move on. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and most of them stink....and I'm not looking of opinions. So when you have no authority or useful information to add try to fight your ego and keep your mouth shut for once. Whether I work for ccp or not is irrelevant here, I have filed plenty of tickets in my time and had plenty of dealings with customer support people in a variety of companies.
I am not posting an opinion. I am stating a fact: Support tickets take time especially with the presumable influx from both the server issues AND the serpent scout removals.
I am not discussing with a mere opinion, I am discussing with an informed opinion, there is a world of difference between the two. An informed opinion is something that can be backed up with facts, evidence and sound reasoning.
It is a true statement that customer service don't like being abused by people with petty issues that are looking for arguments. They are much more likely to handle more polite and patient requests first.

Okay. Whine about it on the forums, most of us could enjoy the laugh. Long story short complaining here won't win you any points with anyone, nor will arguing with anyone who suggests that you might not be entirely reasonable about things.
Would an automated response have made you feel better?
Also, plenty of tickets are resolved and closed without any responses.
And FYI, I've had tickets where it took a week or two before I got a response due to the nature of the load on the support team and the nature of the issue I filed the ticket over.
If you don't know a timeline or work for ccp why are *YOU* posting?
