Eve Online in China has had ship SKINs longer than Eve Online and it was the source of a -lot- of controversy. Some of the SKINs available are still not available for any other countries. A large corp 500+ players can lock down the region with CP attack orders. It's a game produced in China; a few of its 1.3 billion citizens may want to try it out for nationalistic reasons alone.
