I think 3 damage mods is too much; the stacking penalties makes the 3rd not worth it when you can fit something else. I would suggest using more HP modules. Having good armor repair is great, but not very useful if you don't survive the first engagement to get a chance to repair.
Replace 2 repairers with a ferroscale, and a reactive. Replace a damage mod with another shield extender, and try to make all extenders complex if possible.
I should mention that if this fit works for you, and that you're happy with it, you shouldn't care what people (including me) think of it.

Do you even know what suit you're using!? I kidd Looks like you got waaay too many Damage mods on. As Noct. said you'd be dead as soon as you get spotted. Maybe try 2 complex Shields extenders, complex shield recharger, Complex dmg mod.

Youre focusing too much on too many different things at the cost of survivability. Regen from your reps and regs means nothing if youre dead, and it doesnt matter how much damage you die to a stiff breeze and are so easy to find.
Try to focus your fit more. My current favourites are:
Fatscout Shields, maybe a damage or EWAR mod
Biotics, Regs, EWAR mods.
Frontline as-close-to-a-brawler-as-minmatar-should-be: 2 Extenders 2 damage mods
either 3 reactives and something else (biotic, regulator) or 4 reactives.

you huys are thinking too one sided. you dont need a ton of hp to kill a vet. yes its helpful to have some tank but its not an absolute. i can kill a "vet" in a STD scout if i wanted to, it all just depends on what your doing to kill the person or people you are killing.
and you dont really need 3 damage mods, just use 2 and your fine if you really want them and replace it with another extender or recharger.

Actually my old fit had no damage mods i figured i would try them out for once lul how bout you get good :)

Why are you using two armor reps with no plates?
For a glass tank setup like this you might as well just use a scout with its already high base regen, speed, and e-war

Actually watched a friend run this build thats why i decided to test it out and he did really good because his regen was top so he had shields back fast and armor back fast with low shield delays and a little extra tank on shields for those extra hits

You're basically making an assault a scout, which is ineffective.
It's like stacking profile damps and precision enhancements on a sentinel...you don't become very effective and tou play against the natural base of the suit
Because i rep fully faster with less armor stacked and have some extra shield with low shield delays allowing for less time regening in between fights and i figured i would try the 3 damage mods out since my buddy ran this fit for a long time and would smash with it

I like the low shield times and the balance between dmg armor armor rep and shield hp i find shield regen mods other then regs to be useless because it doesnt brin themback much faster then the base amount unless you go with 3 or 4 ( made a stupid fit for the luls of all energizers and regs ona min ass lol)

As someone posted awhile ago, go with a (lows) : kincat, ferroscale, regulator, repairer And (highs) : recharger, 3 shields

if you want high regen for both tanks try 3 complex repairs 1 regulator
2 extenders 2 enrergizers
decent tank, high regen, and your still can survive most fights that arent too dangerous or prolonged.

x1 precision module is also a good thing to have, gives you good inner ring scans and frees up PG for other modules. |

I went with the same lows the recharger 2 shields and 1 dmg mod and i like the looks of it cant wait to test it out all the fits i made up were for the trolls in the tread lol
