Aaaand knowing how dreams work... the air you used unfortunately came from your butt, which caused the flame to flare up from methane combustion and catch you on fire. Then you rolled around in theoretical "agony" until you suddenly woke up? Ooooorrrrrr.... A unicorn suddenly burst from your stomach and stole your kidneys to use for it's own... while mumbling something about Candy Mountain. Unfortunately it was so dark you couldn't follow it and "dream died" from a lack of kidney magic, until you woke up... mysteriously covered in glitter.
The second one, but it was not my kidney. Everyone knows Unicorns thrive on the pancreas.
