1) The listed number is uncharged & per knife. Charged value is 2.5x listed per knife.
2) Knives are either uncharged or fully charged. they do not get damage from partial charges.
3) Melee damage is entirely separate of knife damage. If you punch with a knife held, you do punch damage with punch range. Knives outrange melee strikes (which have a roughly ~1m range) by about 1.5m (knives have about a 2.5m range).
4) Myofibril stims have absolutely nothing to do with knives, those mods only affect melee and jumping. Knives are not affected by them at all.

Yes. Having a 90% increase to knife damage per mod would be insane. accounting for minscout (25%), proficiency (1.15, knives are the only weapon that retains old proficiency increases which make them better against everything all the time) & charge (2.5x) plus 3 myo's giving them a 412.51% increase to knife damage you'd cut tanks to pieces.
200 (ishukone) * 1.25 (minscout) * 1.15 (proficiency) = 287.5 per knife. Multiply that by 2.5 for charged knives and you get 718.75 damage per knife.
Myo's would jump that up to ~3000 damage per charged swing... knives have 50% efficiency vs vehicles though, but you'd still be doing ~ 2000ish dps with just ishukone nova knives on a 3 myo minscout. I mean if this was how it worked no one would be complaining about madrugars.

Off the top of my head I recall advanced knives being 160 damage?
So 160 * 1.25 * 1.15 = 230 damage uncharged, or 575 charged.
