Giving payouts to leavers removes the incentive to afk. It doesn't have to be on par with end of match payouts, just "something" Scrub-a-dub-dub

Got first place in scoreboard too! On the defeated side, that is. But wait... something is amiss... I'm a lousy player... this doesn't add up! OK... let me check, so the other side had a whole bunch of FA guys, a pair (?) of NF, half a dozen of good PC corps guys and some blueberries I don't recognize... wow, good team, I noticed that during the match, pretty well coordinated. On gal side... yep, only random guys, no wonder I found no squads in Lucent... just full of brainless blueberries, like me... Wait... I got first place with little more than 700 WP?!?!! WHAT!!! Second place didn't even get 300WP?!!?!?!! I regret not having placed my cross-hairs on all those blueberries in sniper mode and MCC AFKing... Not sure if this is a trend though. Two days ago I got nothing but random red-berry teams being stomped (also random blues on our side but probably less "fresh out of the academy"). Go figure. See you around... You expect people to come out to brawl in a fight that is already over, which is stupid, and at least partially your own fault for insisting on jamming your 16 into FW all night. You can't win with 4 in pubs so you don't even bother, but you expect randoms to put up an effort against a stack. The game hands everything to everyone, and the players encourage that action. You want to stop AFKing? Remove passive SP for being alive in matches. The solution to the AFK problem has always been that simple. Well, aside from the repercussions of such a change of course. Not that the downsides to such a change would matter to the no life q sync brigade. For a couple of weeks anyway. I do not expect a bunch of randoms to fight against an NF sync in FW with much vigor. Which is why I'd like team deploy in FW, so we can face other teams. If you take a single squad into FW you see a lot of AFK. You know what they say about assumptions. Do you really think I don't enjoy tough competition? I've never misrepresented myself as being some slayer god, but I do enjoy tactical gameplay. I prefer playing in a team setting and it annoys me greatly when most on my team are screwing off. I don't expect for pubs and FW to become high stakes, professional gameplay, but at the moment overall gameplay in Dust is complete garbage.
