So I decided to start using caldari assault to get bonuses, but idk how to fit it and progression suits don't help me a lot since they got many empty slots and idk what to put in them. Any1?

The rest is ferroscale/reactive plates. Everything will eat you up as a shield tank, you must prevent this. That said, if you throw on a jump mod and an ARR, you can really throw people for a loop by charging them jumping and shooting. Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.

Sicerly Yaw Corrosive Synergy No Context 677	Posted - 2015.07.21 07:26:00 - [10] - Quote fill the highs with extenders and the lows with shield regs use the RR and the magsec as a sidearm engage with the RR at range and if someone is withing 20m or so use the magsec you can try the BP if you'd like but I find it to be unreliable, without a proper build around it (and you have to make sure not to miss a shot or land hotshots to get the most out of it) I find it to be the best build to survive make sure to use cover and to observe your surroundings, its easy for a scout to sneak up on you but you should have enough shields to allow you to react and counterattack be careful around ScR users or any anti shield weaponry don let them get too close and use your regen to your advantage as much as possible most armor suits wont be able to rep back up so use that to your advantage if they have a logi with them make that your primary target unless you know you can burst them down quick enough it is best to stay about 75-100m away from your target and don't be afraid to retreat and regen as much as possible your role should be more of a suppression assist play style don't go chasing kills and be wary of flux nades duel tanking can be viable but keep in mind that not using regs will put you in more danger you need to have your shield up as much as possible and you wont have good enough reps to get your armor back up after its been damaged click here if you are making a new account and want some free BPO's

Also, energisers are much better than rechargers. I'd go for damage mods, extenders and an energiser, but drop the damage if you have low sp. In lows go with shield regulators. A cardiac regulator is also pretty good, as it allows you to get/stay in a decent position to use your rail rifle at range.
