The word loyaly is a joke in this game. Loyalty points should be based on a how truely loyal to your faction or race you are.
If i pick a race and my race is Caldari and i go to fight for my faction. Then i shouldn't be using amar or any other races or factions gear to fight for my faction.
I should get my loyalty points based on that and nothing else. The game isnt like the real world during times of war. You know that the enemy is red and the allies are blue. So there is no reason to look like a minmatar fighting for the caldari.
All this being said i know that some races have gear and suits suited to beat other races but then thats all the more reason to use other suits from the same faction you are fighting for.
If non of the suits or weapons from that faction or race are able to beat the opposing race then we as the gamers need to present that to the developers to balance it out. There really shoulnt be a reason why one faction has to be stronger than another. You pick a race and use their suits and weapons. You get loyalty point for staying loyal despire the faction war out come.
Let me know what yall think.

Let me know what yall think. Maybe better pay compensation for weapons of that race. Like now we have a pay system in Faction Warfare that replaces some of what you loss. If you are using their racial equipment then it compensates another 20% for the item(s) you lost during battle. I don't want anything a disadvantage to run other racial items, I just want to promoting racial conformity. Whatever gets people to use more of their factions or races gear and weapons that they are fighting for. Give the word loyalty its ultimate meaning.

Squagga wrote:I think it's really dumb when someone is using a state assault ck.0 while fighting for the gallente. There is a certain amount of logic behind it. But I still think it's dumb. Anyways, this isn't communist Russia where you have to use a certain gear, fighting for a certain faction Maybe not in pubs but still why call it loyalty then. The system is broken in its meaning. Instead of loyalty points it should be called traitor points.

Breakin Stuff wrote:What is the point of this in a game universe where results and success are what matters, not how hard you kiss a faction's ass by showcasing their shinies.
This idea is pointless and needlessly punishes people for playing actual mercenaries, you know, the actual premise of the game? Results and success but not fun and fairness. You only care for the things that pad KDR.

Foo Fighting wrote:Loyalty Points are awarded for fighting for the faction not for using the factions stuff. You owe it to the faction to use the best stuff you can to win. Loyalty Points are just currency like gift cards or stors vouchers, only redeemable at that particular store. Right lets fight for Ross n dress for less and get target gift cards. Makes total sence.
