You need to listen and keep moving. You can hear RDVs bringing things in and hear when DSs are in the air. Keeping moving (orbiting, not staying on one area too long, etc) makes it hard to ram you at high speeds and allows you to survey more area for potential threats.

If you want to be situationally aware, you're always on the lookout for signs of an enemy DS in the air (hearing it is the best tell-tale). Once you're aware of it's existence, it's not hard to keep track of it and avoid it, especially in an ADS. They keep coming? You keep killing. Free SP plus taking one of their players out of the match (while you keep terrorizing players from the air between DS spawns).

In any case, what is it you're actually asking? You want ramming nerfed? Even if they can't kill you they'll still knock you around, perhaps into a building or the ground, at the very least disrupting your attack, and since you admitted you can't kill them you're pretty much hosed. How on earth do you expect them to fix it? You want DSs to just phase through each other?
