To all who say the Gallente assault and assault rifles suck.
Please try this fit.
Assault Gk.0
Pro ar of choice
Pro ion pistol or pro breach smg (if you also like to equip armor damaging weapons along side with shield for extra advantage)
Pro scanner
3 krins mods
3 pro ferroscale plates
2 pro reps
Do a couple matches with it and reevaluate your opinion on it.
I can melt through anyone. I have lots of damage, no speed penalties, I can still do wiggle wiggle on heavies and tanked Amarr suits giving me an advantage over them and have high damage for caldari and minmatar suits, very good armor and rep, and I know where everyone is. Run it and reevaluate you opinions. And just an FYI- I dropped a 65 bomb with it so you can't say it sucks. - https://twitter.com/48sof/status/621265938910986240 ran the same fit whole game.
If anything, maybe a couple of meters more of range for ar and maybe 1 damage point more per level, but other than that,
GALLENTE DO NOT SUCK- nor our weaponry.

How are they glitched? They do damage to both weapons and with stack penalty, I get almost 10% damage to both weapons.

Wrong. The description has always said it does damage to ALL WEAPONS. It just doesn't show it when you place them. They are still glitched in that way (like second poster). They do apply damage to both an I can see it. And why only one?
Stacking 3 gives me (with stack penalty) almost 10% damage bonus to both weapons AND takes up alot less pg/cpu than using complex mods. Not to mention that they are bpo and I save tons of isk.
