Encourage FW loyalty with War Hero SKINs

As you probably know, CCP created a set of FW SKINs available for 100k LP + 10mil ISK for each faction. While I still believe the price for these SKINs are too high, I do think they look great and have added a reward for consistent FW participation. To iterate on FW SKINs I propose: War Hero SKINs War Hero SKINs would be easily recognizable acknowledgements of factional loyalty. These SKINs would require a minimum standing level in some capacity. I want your feedback on this idea and suggestions to improve upon it. Would War Hero SKINs require a minimum standing to purchase or to fit? Should they also have an LP/ISK cost? If so, how much? What are some likely titles for these SKINs? SKINs should not negatively impact performance. They have significantly less impact that the old BPO system. We seem to have two separate opinions on the cost of these SKINs. 501st makes the argument that you expended tens of millions ISK to get to standing rank 10 so that is enough of an investment. Talos states that the ISK/LP cost further increases the SKINs' value and rarity. Talos, standing 10 is a very high requirement for these SKINs in and of itself. Dust forum's search tab leaves much to be desired. Can you offer up any color options?
