It's a probably one of the only over looked Scouts In the game !
Thing is I just made an amazing fit last night and I noticed something, the precision is amazing and all but it really lacks Range, which is what kills it.
Could there be a possible buff to Range Amps or Base Scan Range on Scout Suits ? |

I fit mine with 2 Complex Precision, brings Scan DB to 18
Then Either 2 Kin Kats or 2 Complex Damps, brings DB to 18
Complex Armor Plate

K17/D Repping Hive, give ammo, reps Armor
Weapons on choice (if they fit really)
I basically run it like a mini Assault, its useless with a shotgun. Can't tell you how many times Amarr Scouts have failed trying to kill me with a Shotgun. Just not fast enough. |
