So, I understand and agree with sentinels having resistance. They have( or did have) very low mobility, and a huge hit box. So it just made sense that they would be resistant to certain types of dmg.....
So why don't the commandos have this resistance? The commandos are great for dmg output this is true, but can get shredded by almost anything quite literally?! No matter how much tank you stack on their hit boxes make them easy targets to keep your sights trained on. They just soak up dmg, and without any type of resistance no rep tool anywhere can help them stay up.
Maybe a small resistance to weapon types by race would help them to be more durable. Nothing major, but they seem a little flimsy for a hulking heap like that to be going down that quickly. Such quick TTK often leads to roof camping tactics from the playstyle?!

The speed, since the buff, is fine. That's not the issue. The rate at which they go down is insane?!

I mean as heavies in that category. They are just as slow as sentinels, same hit box, but for some reason they noticeably go down much faster?! I would agree with resistance before regen because regen can be tricky. It can make them a kin to assault more than heavy.
I don't want them to be fast, or have more regen. That's an assault essentially. They just need to be tougher especially in their power zones. No scout should survive a head on 1v1 in CQC with a galmando?!
Same goes for the others in their power zones. Minmando is by far the most widely used for obvious reasons, and is the toughest of the bunch apparently. They are super hard to kill at times.
Patient enough to try to adapt this new buff first, but would like to see resistance considered if commandos become even worse bullet sponges.
