If you enjoy vehicles they have them outside as well. You can even mount small or large turrets if you have proficiency V in electronics, engineering and gunsmithing, though it is a bannable offense. |

Developer support ended ages ago
Player elected councils are left in charge and mostly are concerned with their own interests.
What makes Outside great:
Although not often, it really delivers on this "Happiness" system. Enough to make it all worth it.
Ping is fantastic. Almost no lag problems, although some players report getting caught on terrain often.
Amazing NPC generator. If you take the time to talk to them, each has their hopes, aspirations, and struggles.
Species AI is like no other. Humanity is constantly improving and adapting.
Draw distance is unbelievably large and detailed, so long as you have the right resolution.
Overall: 10/10, would play again, despite the flaws.

Yeah, I have a feeling he's been hands off ever since Big Bang Build. I'm sure the dude is still listening, he just prefers to watch and observe, making ninja nerfs and buffs where he can.
He did send an intern down once, and we all know how that ended. Might be why he's reluctant to do anything.

Some players have reported horrible lag when they are at this expansion called partying. The screen goes black bar a few glimpses, and when it stops, you are somewhere in the middle of downtown where ever, strapped to a cow.

Don't fogey to put your dropsuit on. I sent an rdv to drop off some weapons for you just incase. Also, don't forget your map and your wallet with isk in it. I don't know how much isk is worth in actual money but I'll assume you are rich. Also, don't stay in the sun too long, it wil cause your Amarr dropsuit to over heat. And if you ever need a ride, call in an lav with no turret or you'll have the military in your tail. If that does happen, feel free to call in a hav to kill them or a dropships to escape. And never forget, you have. A trusty orbital strike.

You would have to skill into some serious advance technology and physics. The skill wait time is extremely long too.
Outside's learning curve is very large.
I doubt you will be the first, there is already some high level players trying.
