What do they have? A ten to 15 second timer?
These are the most malicious pieces of equipment in the game because they work completely against one's own team. Thus is because the waiting time is so long that often people will spawn in one at.a time and be easily killed by enemies with a numbers advantage.
A logistics player can completely sabotage a teams chance of winning if they place many of these close to the objectives. They are.basically ensuring that their enemy will always have a numbers advantage and adequate time to recover from their previous fights.
I am not tricked by these acts of sabotage, though, unfortunately many inexperienced players are.
I actually dislike these uplinks more than I do active scanners because these problems are caused by one's own team .

You screw over your team more by placing those uplinks then not placing them.

I don't use them anymore unless they are somewhere up in the mountains by themselves. Though, my less than competent teammates tend to die over and over to them.

I already told everyone, these links are worse than not having any links.
Bad players will continually spawn at them and die over and over because enemies have enough time to prepare before they spawn in.
Also, I don't care if a logistics player repairs me, places a nanohive or follows me around. The only thing I care about is being revived and even then I don't feel entitled.
Am I telling logistics players to run better equipment for my own benefit? No, I am telling them to stop running terrible uplinks because they are a detriment. People are actually reducing the chances of your team winning by placing these links.

Use a vehicle to get where you want to go, or... 4. Play with friends on mic so you know where and what you're spawning into, or... 5. God forbid drop your *own* high speed, perfectly placed uplinks all over the map since you're so perfect...
I knew people would acknowledge me eventually. I am still hoping that KAGEHOSHI senpai will notice me.
I digress, the fact that these uplinks are worse than no uplinks is very troublesome. I already travel hundreds of meters every battle. They don't affect me directly. Rather they sabotage the team.
