Here is my second SKIN that I've made... I modified the first one a bit and changed the name since Aeon apparently had created a SKIN called Forest before me. Woodlands CAMO GA-M
Also, what SKINS are wanted most by the players? Amarr, Gallente, Minmatar or Caldari? I am going to try to make a SKIN for each Race and will choose the one I like most or the one that gets the most likes to submit for this Challenge.

SOOO, I have a template. I have a design. I have the color schemes. However, I'm not big on uploading pictures/sizing etc. How do I know if my example is 500 x 500 pixel PNG? And WTF exactly does PNG mean? Thanks for the help.
*edit* And PS, screw all of you with actual artistic talent. I can't even draw stick figures! Naw, in all seriousness, some of these designs I'm seeing are bad arse

Use GIMP to re-size it and save it as a PNG format.

It's like Photoshop, not quite as powerful, but significantly cheaper (Free)

I have always been a Corel man myself. CorelPhotopaint may not be quite as good as Photoshop, but CorelDraw is better than Illustrator. Since I use the vector based software more than the raster based software, and they come in a suite, I always get the Corel Suite. It is also a lot less expensive. I have taken Photoshop classes though.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

It is a color readjustment. Though, drawing all the orange lines on the Sniper Rifle and getting all the pieces to match was troublesome. Mostly because I did it with my thumb on my phone.

Would technically make the suit more visible and harder to hide with (effectively punching Scouts in the balls) but if you're willing to don the flashy armor, I say why not.
