Not understandable, Kaisar is a traitor. He still slays the Republic's soldiers, even if he complains whilst doing it. His devotion to the Republic is not strong enough.

To do so, I'm going to revitalize the Matari Militia chat again, but this time I am removing the password restriction! Join "Matari Miltia" and fight for the Minmatar! Now, since the password is down, that channel is no longer secure for EVE Orbitals. To address this, I'm introducing the "The Rust Berets" Channel. (NAME PENDING AND UP FOR DISCUSSION) This channel is reserved for TRUSTWORTHY and ELITE Minmatar FW fighters, and will be used as a staging channel for Matari FW "Officers" per se. This channel WILL be password protected, and is INVITE ONLY. If you want to join The Rust Berets, you can gain trust by playing in Matari Militia and proving that you are a dedicated soldier in the Matari Militia. I'm also dedicating Matari Milita as a "Trade Hub" for all Minmatar FW LP items. Since we will run lots of Min FW, there should be players with an abundance of Skins, Weapons, and BPO's. Buying and Selling in the Militia is ENCOURAGED. Players who are looking to get in The Rust Berets: Show up to Matari Miltia sometime this week. If you want to have a quiet channel just for 'officers' to discuss things and securely post OB's do so. Don't worry too much about 'safe' ob's because if a pilot takes a hit they can just swap to mail or private convo's instead of listing district in main channel. Spying is largely not a thing in dust. If I find a willing Moderator, I'll change the chatroom and make that public. The Rust Berets will definitely be invite only and secure. When I say "Its for "Officers"", I mean it. Reserved for those who know how to fight, and win FW for the Minmatar. They will be the ones creating, and leading teams into FW. Combining the two chats like this will make it easy for those who want to get into MFW into fights, and give them solid team leaders to ensure victory. I'm not against working with sister groups if we are working towards the same goal. That being said, they might not have the same mentality as what I want Matari Miltia to have. My goal isn't just to get people in battles, its to get people ORGANIZED to fight and WIN FW battles. That's why the Berets will exist. To act as "Officers" and direct teams in battle. I want to make it so that players who want to do FW can join teams and fight to win, learning as they go. Get my drift? If Chosen Matari is like that, then I will totally use it. When grinding FW, I typically take a break to do an ambush every 2 FW fights. Helps keep pocketbooks up. I run pure matari too, which is why I love doing FW My favorite Minmando fit NEEDS specialist Mass Drivers and Combat Rifles.
