You either run two shield extenders or none at all because just one doesn't increase your shields enough to matter (IMO) Although despite having less DPS... the AHMG's range, alpha damage, and ability to kill tanks is a much more suitable option for practical fits. Granted I still use a double sprint mod sentinel for AV, but a single kin cat is still mandatory for the Minmatar Sentinel. I went 12/0 in FW using double damage modded AHMG with a kin cat and a rep, but I would agree that you HAVE to use two kin cats when running a Burst in order to bring out its full potential. 7162 wp with a Repair Tool!

The common hmg are very slow for this fit , because you can-¦t afford loosing your time . The technique is hit and run so the burst hmg is for me the best option. if you want to clear up some targets , better if you use the surprise factor with your speed , flux granades and six kin burst machine gun . (with the new slot I did x2 enhanced dmg mods/1 recharger, until they fix the cpu/pg situation)

I give you bonus points for running a Flaylock Pistol with a Burst HMG. You make it look fun though. Edit: I discovered this morning that I can stack 3 Complex Myofibril Stimulants and 2 Complex Kinetic Catalyzers on an Advanced Minatar Sentinel suit. Try that for your next Vid! Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Not if you know how to use it, and it looks like the original poster knows how to use it. The Burst HMG is one of the most difficult weapons in the game to use and one of the least forgiving of mistakes. But it is deadly if you are accurate and can manage your heat by switching between your sidearm and main weapon. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

It is mostly more indirect, as the speed allows you to get behind cover faster. It also allows you to get into optimal range faster, and you can run around a box a lot faster then most people will expect from a sentinel, so you can come up behind them while they are peeping around a corner to see where you went. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
