I like like loading screens right now are a missed opportunity for teaching players valuable information. In some cases they're just outdated.
The "Battle Icons" screen is outdated, and refer to things that aren't even in the game, like medium assault vehicles, and defense relays, and command nodes.
There needs to be a loading screen explaining that players can create new custom fittings from dropsuits, weapons, equipment, and modules purchased from the market. It should also go on to explain the same for vehicle fittings. I don't think many new players are aware of this.
There should be a loading screen explaining the difference between AUR items, and their ISK counterparts -- that the AUR ones have less skill points requirement.
Loading screen for FW should explain standings, LP, and LP store
Etc.
Anyone else should feel free to make suggestions.

Yep. Absolutely.
It's another one of those quality of life things that takes time, but certainly would be real nice to have.
EDIT: As a thought, this would be a fantastic opportunity to have players submit some good tool tips. Crowdsourcing FTW.

Before bandwidth was released I spammed the forums pretty hard trying to get a description of bandwidth placed on the load screen rotation to help new players with this complicated mechanic.
This is just one example of things in this game that really need explaining and the load screen is just wasting away outdated info.
Remove NPC orbitals from FW. -- Fix orbital timers for Eve players assisting in Planetary Conquest.

Added this: A loading screen informing you that after being mortally wounded, you can't get revived by someone with a nanite injector until you press the button to call for help.

Can we get short bite sized bit of lore.
Little chunks of tasty lore about FW (What it is), Minmatar Tribe names and traits, Gallente descriptions of Caille and the Crystal Boulevard, Caldari deposition of Tibus Heth, Amarrian stuff about Jamyl Sarum.
Lore worthy event synopses we have been host to including Caldari Prime, Mordu's Trials, Templar Purges, etc.
Pikes Landing stuff.
Advice and symbols as per normal, etc.
