How does one judge or rank best FCs? It's sort of like judging who's the best NBA coach, right? Some would argue Phil Jackson is the best ever....but he did have Jordan and then Kobe & Shaq. When you have the talent, it makes winning easier, correct?
So, how would you judge who's better, if you desired to? For me, if there is one who can consistently beat a better skilled team, you have to give him credit. I also tend to give favoritism towards those who are hit with adversity in game and adjusts well by changing the overall strategy. And issuing specific orders to pull out a difficult win.
For me, those are the biggest attributes I would look for in determining who's the best FC. Whether they scream or calm is of little importance. Depending on the sort of players that you have.....I feel that sometimes that extra vocal push is warranted to promotee urgency. Some FCs are able to be calm..possiibly because the team's comms are great and they follow orders completely when they are given. At the same time, maintaining a cool head may be warranted to reduce panic to minimize individual mistakes.
What attributes do you look for when ranking FCs?

Blitz is the best to me and the main reason is because FCing has to do with knowing your team at that second to adjust to issues and motivate your team during losses.
I agree.....a big part of being an FC, imo, is knowing who is playing and placing people in positions where they can thrive. If someone's strength is being a heavy, then you wouldn't put them in an ADS or logi.
Now, playing devil's advocate......an FC has an advantage when a pc's roster are the same guys that he plays with every day. How would that same FC rank when he/she is forced to used ringers?

Now, playing devil's advocate......an FC has an advantage when a pc's roster are the same guys that he plays with every day. How would that same FC rank when he/she is forced to used ringers? That depends on a number of variables. Using Blitz again: Very well known with connections,as are most players in 0H because of our high sp. Say there was a ringer Blitz had never heard of before, but one of us vouched. Blitz would ask us what the person ran, are they reliable, mic etc. If an FC knoes what suits the ringers possess, then they can make calls more efficiently. And that is not on the FC themselves but the synergy of the players. A lot of threats from Blitz was murdering us in our sleep or kicking us from corp lol. A ringer does not fear that. They dont potentially have respect for the FC like I or someone else does. A team that has been playing together for a long time usually will defeat a team that has not, even if they are of better quality, because teamwork is OP
couldn't agree more
