It's not wrong, but it is messed up that often when girls are in a male dominated industry or subculture the first thing guys will note is how attractive she is. I understand jokes, and often I'm one of the first to break ethics and make an inappropriate joke, but just talking about how attractive any girl associated with this game is is wrong. Because at that point people aren't necessarily joking, and if people aren't joking any more then it's not funny; it's just wrong.
When I'm with my guys we talk about sports, work, news, academics, music, memes and we generally talk crap about each other in a battle of wits.
