being inside its radius lowers you scan profile to 1 dB
radius increases at adv and proto levels.
useful? |

well if gal logi scans werent so crazy, then yes. but since they see everything we need some form of counter.
pros: you can finally hide from gal scans and make little camping spots to hide in.
cons: the device is stationary. |

They could be very large percentages, maybe 80% or more.
the problem with percentages is that they would stack. and the way stacking penalties work is weird. if you put too many in one spot you could actually end up increasing you profile.
it be much easier to just have them rduce the profile to an absolute value |

Is that how the profile dampening modules work? If so, then that could be one of the disadvantages of the device.
it depends on if a module carries stacking penalties. usually penalties can only be given to bonuses that are percentage based.
if the device doesnt have stacking penalties, then there's no worries |

Hector Carson wrote:I actually like this, but instead of 1 db lets go with what that guy said needs to be a real percentage, other than that I am on board with that idea
Dampening Nanohive:
Basic: 15% CPU: 25 PG: 10 Adv.: 25% CPU: 40 PG: 15 Proto: 40% CPU: 65 PG: 15
Optimization Fitting Skill per lvl: 2% reduction for Dampening Nanohives CPU cost
Let me know what you think
maybe 20%, then 30% and 40%.
too much of a gap otherwise.
i like it. how many can be carried though? 6 like the other nanohives?
does the radius increase at adv and proto, or should that be a variant? |
