You can't make it to easy to get kicked because accidents happen and some times people TRY and get themselves killed to get other players kicked from the match. On the other hand, as it is now a single player can tank the entire teams chances of winning long before they risk getting banned for TKing. Even then the ban is only for one day, on one character. Hardly much of a deterrent for the 'serious' corps from planting a Tker on the other team. At least with 8 man squads it's easier to q sync up a full team so less chance of having those people on your team.
