Hi fellow dust buddies and developers. I saw I could upgrade the warbarge for little over 9000 components. So I spent my components for it to say I need to wait 5 days to upgrade again. Then I noticed I didn't unlock any new factories or new perks. May we look into this please because I know there will be other Dust players with this issue. May I also get reimbursement for my spent components or the new facility.

This is actually intentional.
You can upgrade your Warbarge past level 5 even though there are still only 5 Warbarge subsystem.
I'm assuming once they come out with more systems those who upgrade now will just automatically get them.
CCP should have communicated this better
EDIT: If you really want your components back you could try filing a ticket

That upgrade is allowed because it is required to take other subsystems past a certain level.
This was absolutely horribly designed and has cost many of us 9000 components for no reason other the fact that CCP felt okay with giving us an incomplete feature and a broken mechanic just so they could rake in more money with zero effort.
Unfortunately lots of people are going to get totally screwed over for 27,000 AUR by this. Good job CCP, nothing like allowing incomplete features and zero communication to take people for real money. This is a great way to become profitable.

What about upgrading existing facilities even further as the 'warbarge is at maximum level' limiter has disappeared?
+9% all weapon damage, anyone?
