Go to FW Thokk.
Payout for me is 5400 LP; and if I die once in my fully fitted FW gear, I make a profit.
FW Proto suit costs approximately 40K (And 1K LP). The payout for that is 70K or so.
Or go balls deep in an APEX suit. :/

Or go balls deep in an APEX suit. :/ But how many matches do you have to run to get enough LP to even afford a suit? Maxing one out will take forever and, I will admit, I never die only once. Hell, 5-6 deaths a match is good for me. LOL
You can run STD and ADV suits to break even.
Hell, no need to run PRO gear unless it's the LP variant.
If you win a match, it's anywhere from 1.2K LP to (where I'm at with triple boosters) 5.4K LP.
An LP suit is worth 8K ISK and 150 LP.
One victory is around 8 PRO LP suits. At minimum.
The higher your standing, the more LP payout, the more PRO suits you can purchase.
After buying the all the State SKINs and APEX suits, along with extras to trade/sell, I'm down to 600K Caldari LP.
I can pretty much play FW and be self-sustainable.
BPOs aren't necessarily.
Hell, I started with around 2 mil and I've made quite a sum of ISK since then. Even before the addition to ISK payouts to FW.

Are the LP variants basically an Officer or Proto BPO? Like I said, I've never ran FW. I play solo most of the time because I only get a small window of time during the morning before I come to work due to my schedule. I can't mic up because during that time I am also watching my little girl. And FW queues take forever from what I'm seeing. I don't want to log on for an hour and only get 1 match in. At that rate it would take me 6 months to get enough LP for just a suit.
The LP variants are basically AUR versions of suits.
Well I usually get a couple matches in the morning (PST) and a few in the afternoon.
But if FW isn't your thing, or can't do it, I don't know what to say. :(
