I can only send them the skin. In the DEV Blog it said that suits will be tradable along with skins. I might have missed something. I am sending them a standard minmatar logistics and a Brutor min m skin. any real information would be nice.
Patch notes:
This means that if a player previously had-áGÇÿQuafe' Amarr Scout BPO DropsuitGÇÖ, he/she will receive its equivalent-áGÇÿQuafe' Amarr Light SKIN moduleGÇÖ-áas well as the Standard corresponding BPO Dropsuit - in this case-áStandard Amarr Scout BPO-áSuit after the downtime.
GÿåGÿå Both SKIN and Standard BPO Dropsuit will be tradable.GÿåGÿå
In addition, all fittings created with the previously owned BPO Dropsuits will not appear anymore and the BPO Dropsuits will be removed from the market.

It was actually stated that apex suits would be tradeable, it didn't mention anything about skins or basic bpo's. Just give it time and it will happen

* All Standard and Advanced Dropsuits now have the same slot layout as their respective Prototype variant.
