Are the Commandos receiving more CPU/PG to compensate for the extra slot?
Was this already mentioned in the Dev Blog? Am I blind?

No extra PG and CPU to match slot increases
I think you are blind , so you won't be able to read the answer,
I have attached the paragraph from the dev blog.
Dropsuit Capacity (PG and CPU) will still be the limiting factor and they remain unchanged. That means that Standard Dropsuits have more slots, but the same Capacity so will be able to fit more standard gear, or fewer advanced gear. Core and Fitting Optimization Skills suddenly became even more important.
We are also using the opportunity to add a single slot to all Commandos, and adjusting the Logistics layouts.
I like potatoes , please don't disagree it creeps me out. |

If they dont get a fitting buff they will still be floating turds, I love my gcom, but even at proto with max fitting skills I cant fit a proto weapon and half modules. My proto fit is like...50% advanced crap.

My proto Calmando have more than enough PG but the CPU is horrible.
Barely fitted 2 rechargers.
While i can easily fit kincats.

We will start with slots. I plan to normalize PG/CPU per Faction and Size, and make the differences with Fitting bonuses.

I hope so . I struggle to fit what I want on my gal commando any , even with fitting 3 and a speclist plasma cannon I run out of cp but I have plenty of pg left =ƒÿä

I agree, there is plenty of stuff we can do about pg, such a fitting and specialists weapons. But once we reach our CPU max there nothing we can do (in the form of skill, whistle not taking up another slot)
